Delicious and healthy banana oat treats perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 cups rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 1 egg (large)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2–4 tbsp water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add egg and melted coconut oil; mix until combined.
- Stir in oats gradually to form a thick dough.
- Add cinnamon if using, then water as needed for workable dough.
- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Place treats on baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
