A refreshing fruit salad featuring a mix of various fruits tossed in a lime and honey dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 watermelon, diced
- 1 cantaloupe, diced
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup red raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup lime juice (or thawed frozen concentrate limeade)
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Rinse all fruits under running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
- Combine the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to ensure even coating.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving for enhanced flavors.
Notes
- For added sweetness, adjust the honey to taste.
- You can also add any other seasonal fruits you prefer.
