Description

A refreshing fruit salad featuring a mix of various fruits tossed in a lime and honey dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon, diced
  • 1 cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup red raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup lime juice (or thawed frozen concentrate limeade)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fruits under running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Combine the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to ensure even coating.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving for enhanced flavors.
