Description
Delicious and crispy buffalo cauliflower florets coated in a spicy buffalo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup almond flour (or regular flour)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each cauliflower floret in this mixture.
- Sprinkle almond flour over the coated florets and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Arrange florets on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce while hot and serve immediately.
Notes
- Great as an appetizer or side dish.
- Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
