Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 cups bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 cup broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Incorporate bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add pineapple chunks, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey; stir well to combine everything evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
