Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 bottle (750ml) Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 cups soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit by washing and slicing the peaches, oranges, and lemon.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits with Sauvignon Blanc and orange liqueur. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add soda water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve over ice, ensuring some fruit slices are included in each glass.
