Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna with mayonnaise. Add chopped celery and Dijon mustard; season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay the flour tortilla flat on a surface and evenly spread the tuna mixture in the center. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold both sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from bottom to top to create a secure wrap.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat; add butter or cooking spray. Grill the wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
