  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash until creamy but slightly chunky.
  2. Add in diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro (if using), minced garlic, and jalapeño. Mix well to combine.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir gently to prevent browning.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste; adjust as needed.
  5. Serve immediately in a bowl, garnished with extra cilantro or tomato chunks if desired.
