Description
A delicious baked brie served in a sourdough bread bowl, topped with cranberry sauce and optional honey and rosemary.

- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (optional)
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully cut off the top of the sourdough loaf and scoop out some inner bread to create space for the filling.
- Place the whole brie cheese in the hollowed loaf and spoon cranberry sauce generously over it.
- Optionally drizzle honey and sprinkle rosemary on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the outside of the bread bowl.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and melty.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with dippers.
