- 1 fresh ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend, starting on low and working up to high to make a very smooth mixture. (Use the stick that came with the blender, if needed, to help the mixture get going.)
