Description
A refreshing fruit salad that combines various fruits for a delicious and healthy treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium red apples (preferably Cosmic Crisp as they do not brown)
- 4 golden kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cups green grapes (cut vertically in half with a pair of kitchen scissors)
- 2 cups strawberries (stems removed and chopped)
- 1 cup raspberries
- Lime and honey (optional for more flavor)
Instructions
- Add all fruit to a medium bowl.
- Toss if desired or leave the fruit in sections so it’s easier for the kids to take what they want.
- Optionally: Drizzle with the juice of the lime and honey.
- Optionally: Peel the kiwi, slice into rounds, and cut out with a festive cookie cutter to make shapes to put on top of the salad. (I did mini stars.)

- Make sure to serve the salad fresh.
- You can substitute other fruits based on availability and taste.
