Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt, then stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Add the spinach and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until just wilted.
