A delicious and healthy smoothie packed with spinach, blueberries, and yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt (regular or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend the spinach and the milk together in a blender until combined.
- Then add in the yogurt, blueberries, and bananas to the smoothie and blend until well combined.
- Next gradually add in the ice and blend between each addition until the smoothie is the consistency that you prefer.
- Serve immediately while cold and enjoy!
