Description

A delicious and healthy smoothie packed with spinach, blueberries, and yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach (loosely packed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (regular or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Blend the spinach and the milk together in a blender until combined.
  2. Then add in the yogurt, blueberries, and bananas to the smoothie and blend until well combined.
  3. Next gradually add in the ice and blend between each addition until the smoothie is the consistency that you prefer.
