- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix until well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Reduce heat to medium, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese (about 2-3 minutes).
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot alongside rice or noodles.

- This dish can be adjusted for spice levels by modifying the amount of gochujang and gochugaru.
