Description

A delicious and easy crockpot chicken chili recipe loaded with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
  • 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning (or 1/2 a Packet)
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cans White Beans (Do not drain)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (optional topping)
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped, optional topping)
  • 1 Avocado (Diced, optional topping)
  • 1 Jalapeño (Sliced, optional topping)
  • 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese (Shredded, optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except for the toppings) into the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high for 3 to 4 hours).
  3. Once cooked, remove chicken and shred.
  4. Stir chicken back in the crockpot.
  5. Serve topped with the sour cream, cheese, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust taco seasoning based on your spice preference.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for a crunch.
