A delicious and easy crockpot chicken chili recipe loaded with flavor.
Ingredients

- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
- 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning (or 1/2 a Packet)
- ½ Onion (chopped)
- 3 cans White Beans (Do not drain)
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream (optional topping)
- 1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped, optional topping)
- 1 Avocado (Diced, optional topping)
- 1 Jalapeño (Sliced, optional topping)
- 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese (Shredded, optional topping)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except for the toppings) into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high for 3 to 4 hours).
- Once cooked, remove chicken and shred.
- Stir chicken back in the crockpot.
- Serve topped with the sour cream, cheese, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust taco seasoning based on your spice preference.
- Serve with tortilla chips for a crunch.
